Background

Matthew Lambie is the founder of OPFI Advisory Solutions. In this role, Matthew collaborates with clients and members of the community in the greater Sacramento Region.  He specializes in strategic COO & CFO outsourcing through interim leadership roles. Continuing, Matthew’s leadership experience includes serving as an executive with a heavy equipment manufacturer for over a decade where he was an Excellence Award Winner in 2013. He is an executive leader uniquely competent in all aspects of business strategy and management including operations, finance, supply chain and employee relations. Matthew has a distinctive ability to successfully lead large cross-functional teams while seamlessly integrating improved operational performance and sustained financial results. He has significant experience building and maintaining relationships with peers, team members, suppliers and customers.

Matthew currently serves as a volunteer with Sutter Health - Oncology, Habitat for Humanity and LLS fundraising. He is also active on several committees with the Sacramento Valley Manufacturing Initiative focusing on one of his primary passions: workforce development.

Matthew is a C.P.A. and holds a B.S. in Business Administration & Master’s in Accounting from Marquette University. He lives with his wife in Sacramento and enjoys volunteering, outdoor activities, traveling and exercise.
